William Moffett

With his extensive knowledge of the finance industry, a passion for helping people, and a knack for problem solving, Will prides himself on finding the best solutions for his clients and delivering the best outcomes even when other brokers or banks have said it couldn't be done. Will joined the finance industry in 2017 at the same time banks were starting to implement much stricter lending criteria, which proved to be invaluable as he learned to navigate the home loan process in harsh lending conditions from the very start. Over the years this has helped him to get quick approvals for his clients making the process as quick and stress free as possible.

In March 2023 Will founded Coastwide Home Loans with the goal of building a mortgage broking firm from the ground up focusing on providing the best customer experience above all else. As part of this commitment he has put systems and processes in place to not only support clients during the initial application, but also providing them with ongoing support and regular rate reviews to put them on track for long term financial success.
​
Outside of work Will can be found doing one of the many hobbies he picks up every other week including; bush walking, kayaking, motorbike riding, camping, gardening, gaming, DIY'ing around the house, four wheel driving, scuba diving, woodworking, "fixing" things that aren't broken; Or maybe just taking his two dogs Tash and Gemma to the beach, or having a drink and losing to a few mates at pool.

Chief Happiness Officer
Qualifications - Good Girl
Tash has been in the position of Chief Happiness Officer since March 2014 making her extremely qualified for this role. She always has the biggest smile on her face especially when she's given attention or food. She's far from the most graceful dog around, but her big heart and goofball antics easily make up for that.
On the weekends you'll find her with her sister Gemma exploring sand dunes at the beach, or having fun rolling on the grass at the park.
